Terms & Conditions Beauty Box Competition — Beaut Flo

1. Promoter

The competition is organised and run by Beaut Flo (www.beautflo.com), a trading brand under K2 Nexus Holdings Ltd (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

1. Open to residents of the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Europe, aged 18 years or older.
2. Employees of Beaut Flo, K2 Nexus Holdings Ltd, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Entries made through automated systems or third parties will be disqualified.

3. Competition Period

Each competition runs for 1 month, with closing dates clearly stated on the competition page. Entries received outside the specified period will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

Entry instructions are available on the competition page at www.beautflo.com.

• There is no minimum or maximum number of total entries overall — the draw will take place regardless of total entries.
• Each participant may submit up to 100 purchased entries per competition.
• Each entry represents one space in the draw. For example, if Lilly has 10 entries, her name will appear 10 times in the draw.
• Once a participant has been selected as a winner, all of their remaining entries will be removed from that competition to prevent multiple wins by the same person.

5. Subscribe & Save

Subscribe & Save is a convenient way to ensure you never miss a competition. Once subscribed, you will be automatically entered into each new competition using your chosen number of entries. Payments will be automatically taken when a new competition goes live.

Participants may purchase up to 100 entries per competition. However, subscribers receive an exclusive bonus — if you purchase 100 entries through Subscribe & Save, you will automatically receive an additional 50 bonus entries, giving you a total of 150 entries for that competition.

6. Non-Refundable Purchase

All purchased entries, including those made through Subscribe & Save, are non-refundable under any circumstances once payment has been processed. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

7. Prizes

• A total of 50 winners will be randomly selected.
• Each winner will receive a Luxury Beauty Box worth between £40–£100+.
• Additionally, 3 of the 50 winners will also receive a main prize (e.g. hair straightener, dryer, or electric shaver) valued between £100–£500, in addition to their beauty box.
• For international winners outside of the UK, Beaut Flo will always aim to dispatch the correct electrical prize. However, if stock or region-specific models are unavailable, a cash alternative of equal value will be offered.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise stated.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to stock or supply issues.

8. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random after the closing date using a fair and verifiable draw system. Winners will be contacted via email within 7 days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected. Beaut Flo’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Delivery of Prizes

Prizes will be dispatched within 1 working day of confirming the winner’s details. Beaut Flo is not responsible for postal or courier delays outside its control. Winners are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

10. Publicity

By entering, winners agree that Beaut Flo may use their first name, city, and photograph (if provided) for promotional purposes on Beaut Flo’s website and social channels. Participation in publicity is voluntary and subject to winner consent.

11. Data Protection

12. General Conditions

Beaut Flo reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition where necessary. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for technical issues (including internet or website failures) affecting entry. By entering, all participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
